Wandering Bear Travel Agency LLC (“we”, “us”) is a travel agency based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This policy explains what personal information we collect through travelwithbears.com, our social media pages and our conversations with you, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, travel dates, destinations, number of travelers and preferences, and the details needed to book (such as names as they appear on passports, dates of birth and special requests) when you contact us, fill in a form, message us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, or book a trip.
• Payment information: payments are processed by the travel suppliers or our host agency’s secure systems. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
• Website information: like most websites, our site and hosting provider record basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited). We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it.
• Analytics and advertising: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. These tools use cookies and similar technology to record things like the pages you view and whether you open our trip-request form. Google and Meta process this information under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, prepare quotes and book your travel.
• To send booking documents, updates and important travel notices.
• With your permission, to send occasional travel ideas and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our website and services, and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to arrange your trip with cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, airlines and other travel suppliers; with our host agency, Travel Planners International, which processes our bookings; and with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, messaging, analytics (Google) and advertising (Meta) tools. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for your trip and for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing emails, by contacting us. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and choose which ads you see in your Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad settings.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13. Information about younger travelers is provided by a parent or guardian, for booking purposes only.

Links to other websites

Our site links to supplier and partner websites, such as our Disney vacation site hosted by Disney. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
